Spanish Private lessons in Ingolstadt
I am from Costa Rica and lived throughout my school years in the United States. After graduating from college, I was a successful entrepreneur for almost 20 years, and 3 years ago I decided to close my business and dedicate completely to teaching, which I have always had a passion for. Besides my career in Business Administration, I studied languages, which I have always loved. Apart from English and Spanish, I am fluent in Italian and French, and I speak intermediate German. This was one of the reasons for moving to Germany, not only because my mother is German, but also to improve my German skills and learn more about the culture. I love to travel and learn about different cultures. This is one of my favorite hobbies. I also love languages, cooking, reading and sports.
My Experience as a Language Teacher
To tell you a little bit about my teaching career, I have always had a passion for teaching. When I was in boarding school and later on in college, I used to do tutoring on several subjects, including literature, math and languages. Later on, after college I taught Italian, English and cooking. Before moving to Germany, I prepared myself for the TKT certificates from Cambridge University. In March 2018 I participated in several intensive teaching trainings in Munich, which were super effective and in April of that same year I started teaching at Berlitz Ingolstadt. Very quickly, I got used to the Berlitz teaching method, and later on started working at other language schools as well. Teaching has been a wonderful experience for me. Not only do I feel fulfilled as a person, but it has been a great feeling to see the improvement and achievement in all my students. I have had the opportunity to teach learners of many different levels. It has been challenging to learn how to adapt my lessons to their specific needs, and for me very gratifying to see their success.
