Zdravo! I am a professional translator, interpreter and language teacher with over 15 years of experience. My native language is Serbian, therefore I offer online tutorin lessons. I have a BA degree in the English language and literature from the Faculty of Philology of Belgrade University, Serbia. Moreover, I have a MA degree in translation and interpreting from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain, for the languages English and Spanish. Since the beginning of my career, I have been working as a translator and interpreter at the government of the Republic of Serbia. Also, I have been teaching foreign languages, including Serbian, to various types of students.
Serbian tutor teaches all levels and ages
My teaching method largely depends on the needs of the student. Though I make a point of my students being able to communicate in Serbian from the outset. In my course, I follow the standard methodology for developing the four essential skills - listening, speaking, reading and writing. Furthermore, I will also introduce the vocabulary for everyday situations so that my students can feel comfortable speaking Serbian, and not be fearful that they might make a mistake. Also, since I speak English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese, it is easier for me to communicate with students from various countries in their mother tongue.
